Indian SaaS startup Kapture CRM, plans to increase its presence in Indonesia. The enterprise-grade, SaaS-based service automation platform is experiencing significant interest from the region, and to meet the demand, it has opened an office in Jakarta.
Kapture provides to help businesses gain a deeper understanding of their target audiences, make the most of analytics and digital/technology investments, and take advantage of the opportunity to connect customers in highly tailored ways that may increase conversion and retention rates.
Kapture has already mastered the art of integrating cultural alignment with operational logistics to scale internationally, enabling it to more effectively meet the needs of global markets and build closer ties. With this expansion, the company hopes to generate $5 million annually from Indonesia and have a sizable footprint across the entire EMEA market.
According to Sheshgiri Kamath, CEO and Co-Founder of Kapture CRM, “there are many similarities between India and Indonesia in terms of demography, the kinds of companies, and the difference in customer service. The digital transformation is accelerating quickly in Indonesia, and entrepreneurship is at an all-time high. According to the results of the past year’s research, both customers and businesses desire individualised customer care, but this is not yet a reality. With Kapture, we are attempting to close this gap”.
Sai Jayachandra has been chosen by Kapture to serve as the country manager for its ambitions in Indonesia. Budi Mulia, who has extensive expertise managing sales teams, customer success teams, and installation teams for a variety of software products, has joined the firm as its Head of Business Development.
The organisation is presently assisting 1000+ brands across 16 countries in improving customer service using contextual intelligence.
