AI Startup Voiceoc Raises Fund: With the help of IAN and BioAngels, Voiceoc which is a conversational artificial intelligence (AI) solution for hospitals has received Rs 3 crore. This brings DeepTech to India’s healthcare environment. SucSEED Indovation also took part in the round.

The New Delhi-based business will grow its workforce with new funding and it is eager to bring on talent in the tech, sales and marketing sectors. Voiceoc also plans to use the funds to expand its marketing strategy, accelerate product development projects, and fortify its international market presence in the Middle East.

By utilizing AI, Voiceoc enables healthcare organizations to offer timely and customized patient support. The company automates the complete patient journey, from discovery appointment booking, and obtaining support to easy access to medical papers and much more in real-time, by integrating Voice AI on the call center and Text AI on communication apps like WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.

By facilitating more appointment reservations and offering swift, individualized support to patients, the platform’s healthcare-focused AI engine assists hospitals, diagnostics labs, and clinics in addressing customers’ pain points. Voiceoc is also crucial in lowering calls to customer service lines and boosting marketing and offers conversion rates. It currently handles over 1 million patient conversations per month from ten different countries.

The market for conversational AI was estimated to be worth $8.24 billion globally in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $32.51 billion by 2028, growing at a CAGR of 21.6%.
